UBO OF MAGIT LLC DOO
Privacy Notice
Website and support correspondence.
1 Controller and scope
The controller of personal data is UBO OF MAGIT LLC DOO, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia under registration number 21998192, seated at Obilićev venac 18, floor 2, unit 5.11, 11102 Belgrade (Stari Grad), Republic of Serbia (hereinafter “the Company”).
This Notice applies to the website www.magit.info and to requests that reach the Company through its support channels: the mailbox apps@magit.info and the telephone line +381 62 871 6831.
Every application of the Company has a Privacy Notice of its own:
Data processed inside an application is governed by the notice of that application. Where an application notice and this Notice diverge, the application notice prevails; this Notice applies to every question the application notice leaves open.
2 The website
The website consists of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, contains no forms and loads nothing from servers of third parties — neither fonts nor analytics nor advertising tools.
To deliver a page, the server receives the technical data that any browser transmits with a request: the IP address, the address of the page, the time of the request and the browser identification string. The hosting provider may record such data in server logs to deliver the pages, keep them available and protect them against abuse. The Company does not combine these records with other data and does not use them to identify visitors.
Links leading away from the website point only to services of Apple. Once the user follows such a link, the privacy terms of Apple apply.
3 Support correspondence
A user who writes or calls the Company shares only what the user chooses to share. As a rule, this is the email address or telephone number of the sender, a name if one is given, the text of the request with any attachments and details such as the application concerned, the device model, the iOS version or an Apple order number.
These data serve one purpose: to examine the request, answer it, carry out what the user asked for — for instance, access to data or its deletion — and keep a record that the request was dealt with.
Correspondence is kept while the request remains open. Afterwards it is retained no longer than required to document the outcome, to meet statutory record-keeping duties or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and is then erased.
The mailbox is operated with the help of an email service provider, which handles messages on behalf of the Company and on its instructions.
The Company never asks for passwords or full payment card numbers. Such data should not be sent in any request.
4 Legal grounds
Personal data is processed under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and, where they apply to a particular user, under other data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
Server logs rest on the legitimate interest of the Company in a website that is available and secure. Support correspondence rests on the steps the user asks the Company to take, on the legitimate interest of the Company in answering enquiries and, where applicable, on legal obligations of the Company.
5 Recipients
The Company does not sell personal data and does not pass it on for advertising.
The hosting provider and the email service provider may have access to data in the course of their work for the Company. Each of them acts on behalf of the Company only.
Data is disclosed to public authorities where the Company is under a legal obligation to do so.
6 Transfers outside Serbia
Service providers of the Company may process data on servers outside the Republic of Serbia. Such transfers take place only on a basis that the applicable law recognises, for example a decision on an adequate level of protection or standard contractual clauses.
7 Rights of the user
Within the limits set by law, the user may:
- learn whether the Company processes data about the user and obtain a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased;
- have processing restricted;
- oppose processing grounded in legitimate interest;
- receive data in a portable form;
- withdraw a consent at any moment, where processing depends on it.
Requests are addressed to apps@magit.info. The Company replies within thirty days of receipt. Where a request is complex or requests are numerous, this period may be extended as the law allows; the user is then told about the extension and its reasons.
The user may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Republic of Serbia) or with the supervisory authority of the country where the user lives.
8 Minors
The website and the support channels are not intended for children. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has contacted the Company may ask for that correspondence to be erased.
9 Security
Pages of the website are delivered over an encrypted connection. Support correspondence is available only to the persons who handle requests, and the Company protects it with technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk.
No service on the internet can promise complete protection; the user decides what to include in a message.
10 Amendments
The Company may revise this Notice. The text in force is the one published at this address, together with its version date.
Earlier versions are sent on request to apps@magit.info.
