Privacy Notice — NebulaSpeed

1 Scope

This Privacy Notice concerns the iOS application NebulaSpeed - Stellar Cleanup (“the App”), which UBO OF MAGIT LLC DOO (hereinafter “the Company”) publishes in the App Store.

1.2

It reflects the privacy information that the Company has declared for the App in the App Store, in the App Privacy section of its product page.

1.3

The general Privacy Notice of the Company governs questions this Notice does not answer. Where the two differ, this Notice prevails.

2 Data collected

2.1

The App may collect three kinds of data:

a device identifier (device ID);
records of how the user interacts with the App (product interaction);
crash data.

2.2

None of these data is linked to the identity of the user.

2.3

No other kinds of data are declared for the App.

3 Purposes

3.1

Analytics. The device ID and the records of interaction show the Company how the functions of the App are used.

3.2

Operation of the App. The device ID and crash data help keep the App working and reduce crashes.

4 Tracking

4.1

In the category Apple calls “Data Used to Track You”, the App declares one type of data: identifiers. In the terms of Apple, tracking means linking data from the App with data from apps and websites of other companies for advertising purposes.

4.2

Where iOS asks the user for permission to track, the user may refuse. A permission given earlier can be withdrawn at any time in the privacy settings of the device.

5 Content on the device

5.1

The functions of the App — speech playback of texts, photo compression, review of the gallery and order in the contact list — work with content the user keeps on the device. Photos, contacts and texts are not among the data declared as collected.

5.2

Access to photos and contacts depends on the permissions the user grants in iOS. They can be changed in the iPhone settings at any time.

6 Service providers

6.1

The data listed in Article 2 may be processed by technical service providers engaged by the Company for analytics and for the operation of the App. They act for the Company within the purposes of Article 3 and Article 4.

7 Purchases

7.1

Subscriptions to the App are bought in the App Store. Apple processes the payment; the Company does not receive payment card details.

8 Retention and rights

8.1

Data is kept no longer than the purposes in Article 3 require.

8.2

Requests about personal data are sent to apps@magit.info. The rights of the user, the way requests are handled and the supervisory authority are described in the general Privacy Notice.

9 Amendments

9.1

The Company updates this Notice whenever the privacy information declared for the App changes. The version date at the top of the page shows the edition in force.
