User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the use of NebulaSpeed - Stellar Cleanup for iOS (“the App”), which UBO OF MAGIT LLC DOO (hereinafter “the Company”) publishes in the App Store.

The right to use the App is granted under the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement of Apple, to which the App Store page of the App refers. This Agreement supplements that licence and does not narrow the rights it gives the user.

The general User Agreement of the Company covers matters not regulated here. Where the two differ, this Agreement prevails.

Using the App means accepting this Agreement.

The App offers:

• speech playback of a text loaded by the user, in full or from a selected passage;
• compression of photos to free up storage on the device;
• a game-like review of the photo gallery, in which each photo is deleted, liked or added to favourites;
• tools for keeping contacts in the phone book in order.

The App runs on iOS 13.0 or later. The set of functions may depend on the device and the iOS version.

The user decides which photos are compressed or deleted and which contacts are changed. Compression makes files smaller and may lower image quality slightly.

Before deleting or changing important photos or contacts, the user is advised to keep a backup.

The user loads into the App only texts and other content that the user is entitled to use.

A subscription opens unlimited access to all functions of the App. Depending on the plan chosen, it is billed weekly, monthly or quarterly.

Price and period are shown in the App before the purchase, and the amount is charged to the Apple ID of the user.

Where the subscription renews automatically, renewal can be switched off under Settings / Apple ID / Subscriptions before the current period ends; access remains until that date.

Refunds are decided by Apple and requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Warranties and liability for the App follow the standard licence of Apple referred to in Article 1 and the general User Agreement of the Company.

Insofar as the law allows, the Company is not liable for the loss of photos, contacts or other content that the user deleted or changed with the App.

The Company may revise this Agreement. A revised version takes effect when it is published on this page with a new version date.
